Event Description

Judith Santmire, Chief Operating Officer at Ohio Childcare Resource & Referral Association and JoAnn Breedlove, Executive Director at Stark Tuscarawas Workforce Development Board, will share their journey on creating an ECE Registered Apprentice program, scheduled to launch in 2024. Session will be moderated by Marjorie D. Cohen, Project Manager for the Early Childhood Workforce Center, a US DOL-funded Registered Apprenticeship Industry Intermediary, and the Senior Program Manager for US DOL’s Worker Outreach Evaluation and Analysis project at LPE Associates.
