Event Description

Building on foundational knowledge, this session delved deeper into the strategies for blending, braiding, and layering funding to support Early Childhood Education (ECE) Registered Apprenticeship (RA) programs. We discussed the return on investment (ROI) from these programs to illustrate the long-term benefits of strategic funding practices. We discussed advanced techniques for accessing different funding streams to cover the costs of RA programs, including tuition, on-the-job training, and wrap-around services for apprentices. We also explored real-life examples of ECE RA programs that demonstrated funding diversification.
