Event Description

CompTIA Apprenticeships for Tech can help organizations access more tech talent through apprenticeship. By leveraging the CompTIA apprenticeship standards for five in-demand job roles: Tech Support Specialist, Network Support Specialist, Cybersecurity Support Technician, Tech Project Coordinator, and Data Analyst; apprentices gain the competencies that provide a solid foundation for multiple tech career pathways to fill labor market gaps. Organizations participating in the Decision Lab will be guided through deciding if hiring from a multi-employer existing program, or creating a program is the best option for them.
