Community of Practice

The Channel Market Community of Practice is a quarterly virtual forum which provides an opportunity to engage in discussions pertaining to apprenticeship requirements, optimal strategies, and to gain insights from experts on the subjects of fostering growth, expanding operations, and effectively implementing Registered Apprenticeship programs.

During this Community of Practice, participants will explore a wide range of topics related to registered apprenticeships, including but not limited to:

- Demonstrating the value proposition of Registered Apprenticeship to prospective employers

- Enhancing employer engagement
- Collaborations with education and training providers
- Ensuring compliance with standards
- Program development techniques
- Nurturing relationships between apprentices and sponsors
