There are multiple ways to participate in a Registered Apprenticeship Program. The two most common ways to build a program include creating your very own program or joining an existing program by working with a current program sponsor. Learn more about each option below and choose the right approach for you.

Create a Program

When creating your own program, you have the ability to customize all elements of your apprenticeship. The following will help you understand what's involved in a Registered Apprenticeship Program and how to get started building your very own program.

Join an Existing Program

When you partner with an existing program you leverage an established framework. The apprentice will work for you, but the overall operation of your apprenticeship program is managed by the program sponsor.
