HWIT's EQUITY SUMMIT on women and apprenticeship day is dedicated to empowering women in the workforce and promoting equity in the construction trades. Giving the opportunity to CONNECT, LEARN, and INSPIRE change in our communities. We will bring together tradeswoman union leaders, contractors government officials and community organizations to advance equity in union construction trades.
