Connecting district youth to registered apprenticeship sponsors, 2024 NAW Apprenticeship Shadow Day will allow students DC youth the opportunity to visit Plumbers & Gasfitters Local 5 and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 26 Unions and experience what apprenticeship looks like through site tours, live demonstrations, and opportunities to engage with current apprentices in realtime.
