Shark Tank Challenge

Cushman & Wakefield Services has a branding problem. Our target hiring population don't know that we hire for employment and apprenticeships in the skilled trades. To help solve this problem, we have engaged 7 high schools in our pilot area of Eddyville, Iowa to make teams of 5 members for the purpose of creating an executable marketing and branding campaign within a defined budget, utilizing as many media forms as necessary. The winning team will receive prizes, as well as have their plan funded and implemented by the Eddyville C&W team. Each high school team's presentation will be limited to 15 minutes and will be judged on the following criteria: Originality, reach, ability to grab the attention of and attract future apprentices, ability to get market metrics, ability to adhere to the budget.
