Riding the Waves of Transformation

This keynote session, themed, "Riding the Waves of Transformation) focused on several key areas for finance professionals to pursue for addressing their talent needs. These topics included the following.

1 - Empowering teams to develop new solutions 

2 - Focus on team collaboration and communications. 

3 - Understand use of and train team on AI and Gen AI

4 - Storytelling can be impactful if you have a structured approach

5 - Create a vision for the CFO organization

This session then went on to share some of ways to develop an effective talent plan – to upskill, hire and retain talent, including inviting the audience to learn more about the AICPA Apprenticeship. Apprenticeships have moved from the shop floor to the finance team as an effective tool for recruiting and upskilling people.
