Apprenticeship Illinois Overview of TPM CoLab Academy

The Apprenticeship Illinois Leadership Team continues developing new professional development training programs to support local workforce area teams with business sector outreach and apprenticeship expansion opportunities through formula funding. Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) hosted the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Co/Lab Training Program webinar for all LWIA Executive Directors to provide: - Overview of the training and training format. - Time commitment. Participants will complete a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Talent Pipeline Management online Co/Lab Academy led by Kim Kuchenbrod, Illinois’ TPM Fellow and Faculty. - Staff selection process. - Expected outcomes and deliverables.
