Lockheed Martin needs a highly skilled workforce to produce innovative solutions that meet their customers' needs and advance the country's ability to create cutting edge technologies, products, and services. The demand for skilled workers is made more urgent by demographic shifts in the labor markets and increasing retirements. To address these challenges, Lockheed Martin has multiple Apprenticeship Technical Programs across the country, which increase opportunities for those not seeking four-year degrees.
