Career Launch Path Draft Day

The Career Launch Path Draft Board showcases candidates from CLP pilot programs who’ve excelled, tested through the RIASEC career model to align their personalities with their ideal paths. Employers can browse interactive profiles, explore skills, and search for the next generation of talent for their company. These graduates aren’t just ready to work—they’re ready to win. On Draft Day the Draft Board will be released, allowing employers to look at all graduates’ portfolios. When employers find a candidate they would like to hire or connect with, they will submit through the Draft Board a detailed job offer.
