Registered Apprenticeship is a proven, industry-driven, career training model designed to help employers develop and maintain an optimally skilled and diverse workforce. In this RA overview presentation (followed by a Q&A session), attendees will learn the basic structure and components of RA which distinguish it from other types of employment training pathways; how RA's built-in flexibilities can be customized to meet the workforce development needs and aspirations of nearly every business and industry; meaningful ways RA can benefit employers, educators, and career seekers; and key local, state and federal resources and support networks available to help every participant maximize their RA experience, and further exponential apprenticeship expansion here in Missouri.
