Heather Terenzio of Techtonic discusses the  company's unique recruiting and training program, Techtonic Academy, the first formal software development apprenticeship program to be approved by the Department of Labor. Since 2014, over 100 people – many without any formal coding education – have launched careers using Techtonic's apprenticeship program as the springboard.
