    The Eastern Seaboard Apprenticeship Conference (ESAC) is the oldest apprenticeship conference in the United States. ESAC is made up of apprenticeship representatives from 22 Atlantic coast states and the District of Columbia, which makes up the ESAC Standing Committee.
