    Construction Career Day–a free field trip for 1,000 high schoolers–presents a unique opportunity to explore construction, engineering, and architecture careers. This event features hands-on exhibits to increase career awareness for Maryland students and provide access to educational pathways.Our shared goal is to encourage more students to seek careers in the industry.     We have invited our Dairy Laborer Pre-Apprentices and other high school students in grades 9 - 12 to attend the farm tour day to experience what it is like to work on a dairy farm. We will highlight careers in agriculture and tour the dairy farm and pasture as the farm is a grazing farm. In addition, we have added a tour of a local maple syrup farm who has a contract to tap the maple trees on the dairy farm visited.
