Local 291 Carpenters Union (Richard Bogartias) Richard will speak directly to FM and HVAC students about union apprenticeship opportunities, career growth, and long-term benefits of union membership. In addition, he has generously invited the entire FM class to visit the union for a full-day tour and live demonstration, providing hands-on exposure to the trade.
