Apprentice of the Year campaign highlights PEC’s apprentices' commitment to their craft. Each district nominates candidates who demonstrate exceptional skill and growth. Nominees are evaluated based on their performance, and a shortlist is selected for final consideration. The Technical Training Team also provides grading rubrics and class scores to assist in the evaluation process.
