National Apprenticeship Week Talent Tour with MacAllister Machinery

In partnership with the Oakland Schools Technical Campuses (OTEC), MacAllister Machinery, and Oakland County Michigan Works!, students in the Medium/Heavy Truck and Equipment program at the OTEC - Southwest will have the opportunity to attend a Talent Tour at MacAllister Machinery in Novi. The students will connect with industry professionals about their careers and learn about post-grad employment opportunities. MacAllister Machinery provides CAT heavy equipment and commercial generators in the construction, landscaping, agriculture and utilities industries with clients throughout the state. They offer technician training programs for young adults in partnership with the Operating Engineers 324. This includes on-the-job training, a Michigan Apprenticeship Readiness Certificate endorsed pre-apprenticeship and Registered Apprenticeship opportunities.
