    Four separate Youth Apprenticeship Agreements were signed between area businesses and Caroline County Public School students during the month of March.Brallen Phelps, a senior at North Caroline High School, was a summer employee for Ron Schock with RH Perkinsons, a plumbing contractor in Chester, Maryland. Mr. Schock wanted to keep this promising employee and formalized the relationship through the Apprenticeship Program.
