SBS Preapprenticeship Signing Day

In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week, we are proud to host a Preapprenticeship Signing Day at Moore Haven Correctional Institution on May 1, 2026. This event honors individuals taking a powerful step toward a new future through career training, workforce preparation, and access to apprenticeship pathways. For participants, this signing day represents more than enrollment in a program; it represents hope, second chances, and a commitment to building skills that can lead to meaningful employment after release. By bringing preapprenticeship opportunities inside the correctional setting, we are helping connect talent with opportunity, support successful reentry, and strengthen the skilled workforce our industries need.
