Madison County Employment and Training (Local Workforce Innovation Area 22) invited the Char of the Illinois Workforce Innovation Board Apprenticeship Illinois Committee to the Metro East St. Louis area to wrap up National Apprenticeship Week for the State of Illinois and visit an innovative program that is being recognized and replicated throughout the United States.
