Event Description

Apprenticeship experts, industry innovators, philanthropic leaders, and policymakers will convene for a roundtable focused on how the Registered Apprenticeship system can respond to the workforce impacts of Artificial Intelligence. We will examine the unique role that apprenticeship can play in training a workforce that is responsive to the rapidly evolving labor market needs brought on by AI. The discussion will explore how the occupations emerging to leverage technological advancements in AI can be supported by apprenticeship, what workers apprenticeship should target, and any changes the apprenticeship system will require to keep up with the evolving training needs brought on by AI.
