Culinary Arts will host a cooking demonstration or friendly competition on Monday, April 27 at 10:00 a.m. Trainees will rotate through five stations, where they will demonstrate skills such as poaching an egg, properly dicing vegetables, sauteing shrimp, julienned peppers.
