Nurse Residency Collaborative - Mentoring Workshop

The nurse residency program (and mentorship program) coordinators/contacts in the collaborative with the NJ Collaborating Center for Nursing are invited to attend this workshop where they will receive professional development and skills training for running a nurse mentorship program. This mentorship program can help promote retention beyond the first year as it extends support to the new graduate nurse beyond the nurse residency program.
