Wise Up Wednesday -Registered Apprenticeships & The Role of Missouri Job Centers

This presentation provides an overview of Registered Apprenticeship, the apprenticeship system, key roles in Missouri, and the Missouri Job Center’s responsibilities. We also cover individual services related to Registered Apprenticeships, including Career Services and Training Services. A key focus is preparing individuals to be job‑ready, as Registered Apprenticeships are employment opportunities. We help the audience understand how to use WIOA funding to support Related Technical Instruction (RTI), On‑the‑Job Training (OJT), and Individual Supportive Services. Finally, we review available resources and highlight upcoming events.
