These are proven pathways to high-quality, family-sustaining careers that offer paid training and clear routes to long-term employment. This session will feature IREC’s new online course: Apprenticeship Ready: Exploring Career Pathways. This self-paced, online course helps job seekers understand how apprenticeships work, explore clean energy and energy efficiency career options, and take the next steps toward entering a Registered Apprenticeship program. It is designed to build a stronger, more informed talent pipeline for employers and apprenticeship program sponsors.
