ACI Construction Career Days (CCD) is the largest construction-focused career exploration and hiring event in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana—and one of the largest in the nation. Each year, thousands of students from 60+ schools step onto the field and into the buildings eager to experience hands-on activities, meet industry professionals, and discover real career paths.
