Connecting Job Seekers to Registered Apprenticeship Pathways

Join us for our April webinar, held just ahead of National Apprenticeship Week, as we highlight strategies to connect job seekers with high-quality careers through Registered Apprenticeships. These proven pathways offer paid, hands-on training and clear routes to long-term, family-sustaining employment. The session will feature IREC’s new Exploring Registered Apprenticeship Career Pathways course—a self-paced, online resource that helps job seekers understand how apprenticeships work, explore clean energy careers, and take next steps toward enrollment. We’ll also share how the course connects to real opportunities through the Apprenticeships in Clean Energy (ACE) Network, which links employers and sponsors with interested candidates. Alliance members will also share how they are connecting job seekers to apprenticeship pathways in clean energy and energy efficiency.
