Registered Apprenticeship programs (RAP) are formal, industry-driven, earn while you learn career pathways that combine paid on-the-job training with related classroom instruction. VALA , along with Virginia Works, Registered Apprenticeship will offer a registered apprenticeship accelerator for assisted living administrators, regional staff members and other staff members interested in starting an RAP, grant opportunities available and more.
