The training focused on building processes and designing an integrated Registered Apprenticeship model across the state’s NCWorks Workforce System, #NCAWDB. Held at Guilford Technical Community College, the sessions brought together workforce leaders, state partners, and local boards for interactive discussions, peer learning, and action planning on how Registered Apprenticeship can more effectively serve employers and job seekers across North Carolina.
