As part of our Recruit, Train, and Retain mission, the BTTI efforts include partnerships with community organizations and schools. BTTI organizes and attends career fairs throughout the state. BTTI also offers presentations to small groups interested in learning more about Connecticut unionized apprenticeship programs within the Building Trades. Informational sessions are also held weekly in the Hartford office for any Connecticut resident.
