This session will highlight how apprenticeships can reduce turnover, build a skilled workforce from within, and create long-term growth for your organization. With special guest speaker Jon Dougherty, Education Director and License Manager for Amteck, who will share real-world insights on developing and sustaining successful apprenticeship programs. Representatives from the Education and Labor Cabinet will also be on hand to discuss the benefits of Registered Apprenticeships and answer employer questions.
