Talent Gap to Talent Pipeline: CMMC Apprenticeships Strengthen DoD Contractors

As the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) becomes a core requirement across the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), the pressure on organizations to build, recruit, and retain cybersecurity talent has never been greater. ​Our panel of guests will explore CMMC-centered apprenticeship models as a powerful, scalable strategy to address the workforce gap while strengthening compliance readiness across the DoD contractor ecosystem.
