Event Description

The IALR Expanding Talent through Registered Apprenticeship (ExTRA) Awards Breakfast will recognize ExTRA program employer partners and celebrate the achievements of their apprentices who are helping strengthen Southern Virginia’s workforce. The program will also feature a panel of local employers discussing mentorship and the strategies they use to effectively guide and grow talent. Employers, apprentices, workforce partners, and community stakeholders are invited to attend and celebrate the impact of Registered Apprenticeship in Southern Virginia.
