Event Description

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) published four key pieces of sub-regulatory guidance. These guidance documents will provide clarity on critical provisions of Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 29 and highlight system flexibilities that serve to reduce burden for stakeholders and enhance Registered Apprenticeship programs while maintaining quality. Registered Apprenticeship Sponsors and other stakeholders across the National Apprenticeship System, including employers, industry representatives, labor organizations, community-based organizations, workforce partners, educational institutions, State Apprenticeship Agencies, federal, state, and local government agencies, and other partners involved in apprenticeship programs and workforce development.
