NextGen Apprenticeship Spotlight and Interviews

Aspiring apprentices will engage in an interactive hiring and career exploration experience designed to prepare them for apprenticeship opportunities. The event will begin with a panel of current apprentices and employer partners sharing insights about the program and career pathways. Students will then rotate through workshop sessions including: • Employer interviews for the positions they applied for • Financial literacy • HCC student life and clubs • Professionalism and workplace readiness This event connects students directly with employers while building the skills needed for apprenticeship success.
