NCAN & MetroED 2025 National Apprenticeship Day Event

April 30th, 2025 is National Apprenticeship Day and to celebrate, we are hosting an event focused on apprenticeship pathways for transitional aged youth. Please join the Northern California Apprentice Network at MetroED in San Jose from 11AM-2PM as we highlight Registered Pre-Apprenticeship and Registered Apprenticeships for youth in the region and specifically how these pathways close the Bay Area’s ever changing skills and experience gaps. MetroED is the largest career-oriented education organization in Santa Clara and serves to play an outsize role in supporting students, workers and businesses with in-demand skills training. The day’s featured programming includes representatives from: CareerWise, Dev/ Mission, BAVC Media, Code Tenderloin, California Department of Education, San Francisco Unified School District, Pleasanton Unified School District, a campus tour with Student Ambassadors and more.
