Glass Ceiling Construction is the DOL Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor for The Green Thumb Academy in Houston, TX. Accredited by NCCER and providing trades and certification in primarily I'm communities of color. The "I-ESTEAM" Initiative, coined by Prof. Timesha Beattie is defined as specialized training and education in: Infrastructure, Employability, Skilled Trades, Energy, Agriculture, and Mathematics. The program will be presented to Energy professionals from around the nation.
