We engage apprentices to share their thoughts and essays on: What does it mean to them to be an electrical apprentice? Why did they choose the electrical industry as a career path? For those who write an essay we keep them on file until their graduation ceremony. We give them back and have them read them during the graduation ceremony. A great moment!
