    Kicking off National Apprenticeship Week with a graduation ceremony for six apprentices who trained with the Baltimore-Washington Laborers' Training Fund. Our Mid-Atlantic Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET) team joined families, local legislators and LIUNA representatives from Liuna Laborers Rising PBWDC including LiUna Local 11, Liuna Local Seven Ten, and the training center in celebrating this accomplishment and wishing the apprentices the best as they move forward in their LIUNA career
