Event Description

The YouthBuild Convening is designed to provide the tools, frameworks, resources, and strategies you need to build a strong and effective program to meet your performance outcomes.


The YouthBuild Convening has three objectives to help you stay on top of your goals in Year Two of your grant period of performance and beyond:


  • Identify evidence-based strategies and practices to track performance outcomes and prepare participants for registered apprenticeships (RA) and in-demand jobs.
  • Analyze whether program activities align with practical strategies and adopt practices that can be implemented post-YouthBuild Convening.
  • Explore and identify resources, templates, and toolkits on the Community of Practice (CoP) that can be used during program implementation.
