Event Description

The April 29th webinar for the Employer Engagement Series offered by Apprenticeship NH will focus on expanding workforce connections and opportunities for English Speakers of Other Languages. The panelists presenting their programs and current development initiatives are Joseph Gilbert, the Associate Director of ESOL programs at the International Institute of New England and Vanessa Rashid, Workforce Retention Specialist at Elliot Hospital in Manchester NH.  Topics addressed will be healthcare worker shortages and training opportunities for immigrant and ESOL populations, current ESOL workforce development and training programs in place and resources and support available for employers and job seekers.
