Event Description

The University of Vermont Health Network has registered standards as a new intermediary sponsor now service the hospital network. The signing event on May 1 will include signing the Registered Apprenticeship Standards with Vermont Department of Labor representatives and the hospital network representative. A new cohort of apprentices for UVMN's newest occupation, Surgical Technologist, will be present and will sign Apprenticeship Agreements. Attending will be representatives from UVMH leadership, JobForward, Vermont Department of Labor, Senator Welch's office, and other representatives from Vermont's workforce system.
