Event Description

Hosted by IACA Public Sector Subcommittee & ILG. Public sector apprenticeships are gaining momentum, but they don't build themselves. Join the Public Sector Subcommittee of the Interagency Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship (IACA) and the Institute for Local Government (ILG) as they co-host a moderated panel of employers, intermediaries, labor representatives and practitioners from across California's public sector. This panel will share what's working, what's not, and what it takes to build and sustain a Registered Apprenticeship Program. Timed to coincide with National Apprenticeship Week, this conversation is designed for practitioners and stakeholders who want real talk, not just inspiration.
