PACE Pre-Apprentice Certified Nursing Assistant Skills Demonstration

Pre-apprentices will present a step-by-step guide on how to perform learned CNA skills. Current and prospective pre-apprentices or students are encouraged to view as observing peers demonstrate CNA skills reinforces learning, builds confidence, and helps new or incoming participants better understand what the training involves. Employers can see firsthand the level of technical skill and preparation participants receive through the program, helping to build confidence in hiring program graduates. Prospective participants and community members are also encouraged as watching demonstrations can help them understand the role of a CNA and the types of practical skills required in the healthcare field.
