Welcome to the Apprenticeship & Training Division (ATD) training suite! ATD operates within the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI). Our mission is to bridge the gap between businesses, workers, and education partners to support opportunities for great jobs and a dependable, qualified workforce through excellent apprenticeship programs. These trainings are designed to assist program administrators to properly govern and maintain operational compliance with Oregon statutes, rules, and regulations.
