November Speaker Session

The InnovateHER Technology Rotation Program is a one-year initiative to empower women and other underrepresented individuals in tech by offering foundational education in four key technology tracks. Supported by Women+ in Technology of Northwest Arkansas, Apprenticely, and Tyson Foods, this program aims to prepare participants for careers in technology through hybrid learning, networking events, and 1:1 mentorship. Graduates will enter a registered Apprenticeship Program in partnership with Apprenticely and the Arkansas Center for Data Sciences, where they’ll further develop skills gained in the program. With three industry-recognized certifications completed and credits toward a fourth, InnovateHER graduates are well-prepared to rotate into meaningful apprenticeships, bridging the gap to full-time tech roles in Northwest Arkansas.
