What: North Carolina Rural Water Association Apprenticeship Week Appreciation Kick Off Celebration
Who: Current and graduated Water and Wastewater Apprentices will be in attendance, along with their mentors, to discuss the successes and challenges of becoming Operators that communities depend on every day to protect public health and the environment.
When: November 18th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Finch Park in Lexington, NC
Why: Up to 50% of certified Water and Wastewater Operators will reach retirement age by 2030.
