National Apprenticeship Week Recognition Luncheon

We are hosting a luncheon to recognize & thank our current & past apprentices for their commitment & dedication as they acquire/have acquired the necessary skills to keep our plant running through our 4-year Maintenance Apprenticeship Program. Attendees: 1. The entire Middlefield Maintenance Department because it takes the whole department to make the program work! 2. The Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Sr. Manager of Engineering and the Plant Production Manager because they oversee the day-to-day operation of the plant & interact with the apprentices to make sure they have what they need to succeed! 3. The HR Department and Plan Administrator because they interact with the apprentices to make sure they have what they need to advance through the program successfully.
